Nancy Paridy, JD, LLM, is a healthcare executive who brings diverse experience and insights to her multifaceted role. For more than 30 years, Paridy has held various positions with Shirley Ryan AbilityLab, the global leader in physical medicine and rehabilitation for adults and children with the most severe, complex conditions. In addition to her role as president and chief administrative officer, she serves as the organization’s general counsel and corporate secretary. She also is responsible for various areas, including government affairs, community affairs, ethics, facilities, environment of care, security, and food/nutrition.

Paridy’s leadership in healthcare and law has been honored through various awards. Most recently, she was named to the Chicago Titan Hall of Fame in 2026 — which recognizes visionary leaders who inspire the Chicago business community — following two consecutive Chicago Titan 100 honors in 2024 and 2025. Paridy is an active member of the Economic Club of Chicago and The Chicago Network. In addition, she has taught at Northwestern Pritzker School of Law and Loyola University Chicago School of Law, and speaks extensively on healthcare issues, leadership and career development.

Paridy served as the first woman chair of the Board of Trustees at Loyola Academy from 2019 to 2022 after serving as a trustee from 2016 to 2019. She currently serves as chair of the Georgetown University School of Health Board of Strategic Advisors, and has been on the board since 2019.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts from ÐÇ¿ÕÎÞÏÞ´«Ã½app Illinois University, her Juris Doctor from Chicago- Kent College of Law at Illinois Institute of Technology, and her Master of Laws in Health Law from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.

Paridy lives in Evanston with her husband, Steve. Together, they enjoy traveling, playing golf and tennis, as well as spending time with their three adult children.
