MACOMB, IL — One of the sure signs that the holidays are around the corner is when the ÐÇ¿ÕÎÞÏÞ´«Ã½app Illinois University Alumni Council releases its annual tree ornament. The 2025 ornament is available now and features the facade of ÐÇ¿ÕÎÞÏÞ´«Ã½app's newest construction project, the Goldfarb Center for Performing Arts. Now is the perfect time to own a piece of ÐÇ¿ÕÎÞÏÞ´«Ã½app history, with the Goldfarb Center slated to open in 2026.

"The Alumni Council joins the ÐÇ¿ÕÎÞÏÞ´«Ã½app community in the excitement the Goldfarb Center for Performing Arts brings to campus and the region. We join our 140,000 fellow alumni in enthusiasm for another opportunity to showcase what our great university has to offer," Alumni Council President Molly Holmes '01 '04 said. "Last year's Sherman Hall ornament helped commemorate ÐÇ¿ÕÎÞÏÞ´«Ã½app's 125th anniversary; this year, we look ahead to ÐÇ¿ÕÎÞÏÞ´«Ã½app's promising future in this newest campus addition."

Since 2023, the Alumni Council has designed and released a limited edition holiday ornament as an annual fundraiser. Proceeds from the ornament sales go to support the work of the ÐÇ¿ÕÎÞÏÞ´«Ã½app Alumni Council. Each ornament features a unique design and are the perfect addition to any Leatherneck's holiday decorations.

The 2025 ornament is available for $25 through the ÐÇ¿ÕÎÞÏÞ´«Ã½app Bookstore and can be picked up in the store or shipped to your home. To purchase the ornament and support the ÐÇ¿ÕÎÞÏÞ´«Ã½app Alumni Council visit .

A limited number of the 2024 ornament, featuring Sherman Hall, are available on the ÐÇ¿ÕÎÞÏÞ´«Ã½app Alumni Association website at a reduced rate. 2024 ornaments are $15 and can be purchased here: .
