ÐÇ¿ÕÎÞÏÞ´«Ã½app Alumni Association Announces NCAA Tournament Watch Parties Nationwide

MACOMB, Ill. — The ÐÇ¿ÕÎÞÏÞ´«Ã½app Illinois University Alumni Association invites alumni, friends, and fans across the country to gather and cheer on Leatherneck women's basketball during the NCAA Tournament. The Leathernecks take on the University of North Carolina on Friday, March 20 in the first round of the tournament. The game tips off at 4:30 p.m. central.

Watch parties will take place in multiple cities, offering opportunities for the Leatherneck community to connect, celebrate and support ÐÇ¿ÕÎÞÏÞ´«Ã½app together. All events are open free to the public and no registration is required.

For those traveling to North Carolina for the game, a free pregame social will take place starting at 2:30 p.m. eastern time at Four Corners, 175 E. Franklin in Chapel Hill.

Alumni and fans interested in hosting watch parties in their hometowns can provide the details to the Alumni Association a-association@wiu.edu.

These gatherings provide a fun and welcoming environment for Leatherneck fans to show their pride and support the team on the national stage. Attendees are encouraged to wear purple and gold and bring friends and family to join in the excitement.
