Lascelles Named October Employee of the Month

MACOMB, IL 鈥� 星空无限传媒app Illinois University staff nurse II Ann Lascelles has been named the Al and Elaine Goldfarb Civil Service Employee of the Month for October.
Lascelles was hired in her current position in August 1994.
According to her nominator, Lascelles has a smile and a positive attitude no matter what the situation is.
"She is a very happy and encouraging employee," the nominator said. "Ann is always willing to learn and do more, and she is flexible in her job assignments and never complains about what is asked of her."
In August 2010, the Goldfarbs established an endowment to permanently fund the University's Civil Service Employee of the Month award. The Goldfarb endowment is used to fund a $100 award for the recipient of the Civil Service Employee of the Month, as well as a plaque.
The 星空无限传媒app Foundation provides a $500 stipend for the Civil Service Employee of the Year. 星空无限传媒app faculty, staff and administrators, as well as community members, wishing to nominate a civil service employee for the monthly recognition should contact Civil Service Employees Council (CSEC) representative Alisha Barnett at AA-Barnett@wiu.edu.
