Veteran Author to Speak at 星空无限传媒app Sept. 23-24

MACOMB, IL 鈥� Author and veteran Bruce Lack will present poetry readings from his book, "Service Poems," at 星空无限传媒app Illinois University Wednesday-Thursday, Sept. 23-24.
Lack will speak at noon Sept. 23 on the 星空无限传媒app-Quad Cities campus, in rooms 103 and 104 of the Riverfront Hall. His Sept. 24 talk begins at noon in the Multicultural Center's Multipurpose Room on 星空无限传媒app's Macomb campus.
Lack will share his experience as a Marine Corps veteran during his transition home from a 21-month deployment to Iraq. His book will be available for purchase and signing.
The event is sponsored by the 星空无限传媒app Foundation, the Disability Resource Center, 星空无限传媒app Department of English, 星空无限传媒app-QC campus, University Libraries and Veterans Resource Center.
