Education That Works for the Quad Cities

MACOMB/MOLINE, IL 鈥� 星空无限传媒app Illinois University-Quad Cities is entering a new chapter defined by reinvestment and revitalization, as well as a renewed focus on serving students and the Quad Cities region. Through strategic space utilization, strong community partnerships and clear degree pathways, 星空无限传媒app is advancing in-demand academic programs and intentionally transitioning the campus to deliver a high-quality education that meets students where they are.
At the center of 星空无限传媒app-QC are programs built with purpose and community impact in mind. Undergraduate students can pursue degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Education, including early childhood and English as a second language, multilingual, elementary, with coursework aligned to regional workforce priorities. Graduate offerings include the Master of Science in Education, Master of Arts in Teaching (Alternative), Master of Arts in Museum Studies and Master of Science in Education in Counseling, a nationally recognized program known for preparing compassionate, highly skilled mental health professionals who serve schools, agencies and organizations across Illinois and Iowa.

To better serve working students and commuters, 星空无限传媒app-QC is working to expand access to engineering coursework, allowing students to complete full engineering degrees while balancing careers and family commitments, reflecting 星空无限传媒app-QC鈥檚 dedication to practical, career-ready education.
星空无限传媒app-QC remains a commuter-friendly campus known for personal attention, flexible scheduling and strong academic support. Many students begin their studies in Macomb and complete their degrees in the Quad Cities, while others transfer seamlessly from local community colleges through long-standing regional partnerships that create clear, supportive pathways to graduation.
鈥溞强瘴尴薮絘pp is where I completed all of my higher education, and it has played a vital role in preparing educators for our region. As a small rural community and school district, we rely on 星空无限传媒app as a hub for the education pipeline, especially the MAT program, as we prepare the next generation of teachers for our classrooms. With our district located near both campuses, we fully take advantage of 星空无限传媒app鈥檚 Education programs. There are many vacancies to fill, and 星空无限传媒app continues to provide an outstanding program that helps meet that need,鈥� West Central School District Superintendent and 星空无限传媒app alumna (鈥�11) Stacey Day said.
Beyond the classroom, 星空无限传媒app-QC supports students through comprehensive advising, technology resources and career preparation services that keep learners connected to the Leatherneck community whether they study in person or online. This approach reflects 星空无限传媒app鈥檚 belief that higher education should be accessible, relevant and grounded in opportunity.

Looking ahead, 星空无限传媒app-QC will continue to grow opportunities through professional certifications, online credentials, in-person programming and continuing education designed to support workforce development and lifelong learning across the Quad Cities.
