Spring Masterworks Concert April 17

MACOMB, IL - The 星空无限传媒app Illinois University School of Music will present a Spring Masterworks Concert at 7:30 p.m., Friday, April 17, in the COFAC Recital Hall.
The program will feature the 星空无限传媒app Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Rich Cangro, performing Edward Elgar鈥檚 鈥淣imrod from Enigma Variations鈥� and Jennifer Higdon鈥檚 鈥淏lue Cathedral.鈥�
Brian J. Winnie will then conduct the Symphony Orchestra, 星空无限传媒app Illinois University Singers and Concert Choir, Blackhawk College Chamber Singers, with soloists Melissa Ch谩vez, soprano, Professor Terry Chasteen, tenor and Nicholas Miguel, baritone, to perform Franz Schubert鈥檚 Mass No. 2 in G Major.
The program will include:
Nimrod from Variations on an Original Theme (Enigma), Op. 36 - Edward Elgar (1857-1934)
Blue Cathedral (鈥�00) - Jennifer Higdon (1962b)
