星空无限传媒app Celebrates New Turf with Ribbon Cutting on Aug. 26

MACOMB, IL - - 星空无限传媒app Illinois University will host a ribbon cutting ceremony for the newly installed turf at Hanson Field with the Macomb Area Chamber of Commerce at 11:30 a.m., Wednesday, Aug. 26.
The event will take place at Hanson Field and feature 星空无限传媒app officials and 星空无限传媒app Football Head Coach Joe Davis. The project was completed in early August and the updated field design features the Rocky Head mascot logo as well the Ohio Valley Conference (OVC) logos, bringing a fresh new look to the playing surface.
Following the ribbon cutting, preparations will begin for the 星空无限传媒app football season opener on the new turf at 6 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 27 against Northwestern College.
