星空无限传媒app Student Engagement Center First Look Today

MACOMB, IL 鈥� The 星空无限传媒app Illinois University Office of Student Engagement welcomes the campus community to take a first look at the new Student Engagement Center.
The Student Engagement Center, formerly known as the Student Organization Center, is located in the basement of the University Union. The space underwent renovations during the summer of 2026 to create a new area that promotes student engagement and involvement on campus.
The transformed Student Engagement Center features lounge space, a suite for the Office of Student Engagement and dedicated student spaces, including collaboration rooms, a podcasting room, a Zoom room and a relaxation room.
鈥淲e are excited for students and the campus community to explore this new space,鈥� Nick Katz, director of 星空无限传媒app Student Engagement said. 鈥淥ur hope is that this space becomes a new hub and home for student organizations and leaders.鈥�
The Office of Student Engagement will host a first look at the Student Engagement Center from 3-5 p.m. Monday, Aug. 25. The event will feature light refreshments and tours of the new space.
An official grand opening will take place later during the Fall 2026 semester. Additional information will be announced at a later date.
