Art: Colorful Minds & Creative Hands

星空无限传媒app Illinois University鈥檚 summer art program is designed for students in grades 4 through 8. The 2025 program was led by Natalie Shelly (Macomb Park District Ceramics Coordinator & Lakeview Naturalist Educator), Susan Czechowki (星空无限传媒app Professor of Art - Silkscreen, Design, Art Appreciation, Art in New York City), Tim Waldrop (星空无限传媒app Professor of Art - Sculpture), Claire DeGraaf (Current 星空无限传媒app Art Student - Senior) and Keosha Westphal (星空无限传媒app Art & Design Alumni).

The 2026 program instructors and content have yet to be determined.听

Participation Criteria

Program is open to a minimum of 15 and maximum of 30 students in grades 4-8, who are admitted on a first-come, first-served basis.听

Registration:

Program is open to a minimum of 15 and maximum of 30 students in grades 4-8, who are admitted on a first-come, first-served basis.听

Commuter Cost (2026): $250

Residential Cost (2026): $400听 听 听

Refund Policy:

Full refunds will be made for cancellations made two weeks prior to the program start date.听

Accommodations:

Registrants who select the residential option when registering, will be housed on campus in a 星空无限传媒app's Residence Hall.听 Housing and all meals are included in the program registration cost.听

Materials:

All project aterials will be provided for participants on the first day of the program.
