Alumni Legacy Scholarships 2027-28

Alumni Legacy scholarships award up to $1,000 per year to an incoming child or grandchild of a 星空无限传媒app graduate.

What are the requirements?

  • Incoming freshman or transfer student.听
  • Child or grandchild of a 星空无限传媒app graduate (must have graduated, not just attended).
  • Submit a current year FAFSA or Alternative Application for Illinois Financial Aid with 星空无限传媒app as a school choice prior to the start of the semester of award.
  • Enroll full-time in 星空无限传媒app undergraduate courses (requires continuous enrollment in fall and spring semesters each year).

Is this scholarship renewable?

  • Yes, for an additional three years (six semesters) of continuous undergraduate study.

What else do I need to know?

  • Scholarships will be disbursed in equal amounts between the fall and spring semesters.
  • Total financial aid and scholarships cannot exceed the cost of attendance for 星空无限传媒app Illinois University (tuition, fees, on-campus housing, dining) and no refunds will be given.
  • Awarding concludes when funds are exhausted.
  • Available for domestic students only.
  • Scholarship ends when a bachelor's degree is attained.

Priority Deadlines to Apply for Admission and Register for Classes

  • For听 summer/fall 2027, the freshman priority deadline to apply for admission is April 15, 2027. Freshmen must register for classes by August 1, 2027. The transfer priority deadline to apply for admission is August 1, 2027. Transfers must register for classes by August 15, 2027.
  • For听 spring 2027, the freshman priority deadline to apply for admission is November 1, 2026. Freshmen must register for classes by January 1, 2027. The transfer priority deadline to apply for admission is January 1, 2027. Transfers must register for classes by January 15, 2027.
  • For spring 2028, the freshman priority deadline to apply for admission is November 1, 2027. Register for classes by January 1, 2028. The transfer priority deadline to apply for admission is January 1, 2028. Transfers must register for classes by January 15, 2028.
