Control Self Assessment

The Control Self-Assessment Questionnaire is a proactive management tool for Departments to use to assess the adequacy of internal controls within their area. Completing the self-assessment questionnaire can help Departments identify potential areas of weakness, non-compliance, and/or opportunities to improve processes.聽聽 By self-identifying weaknesses and implementing corrective actions, departments can improve their operations, increase efficiency, and help reduce potential audit findings.
